Vintage Cameo Convertible Pendant

An intricately and beautifully carved cameo that is convertible from a necklace to a pin.  This cameo shows a woman in profile with hair swept back and adorned with earrings, a necklace and a hair piece! A lovely flower rests at her shoulder. This would make for a wonderful gift or wedding piece.

HISTORY: Marked for the manufacturer CARLA, based out of East Providence, RI.  We estimate this to be mid-century 1960's.

MATERIALS: Shell, 12k gold filled metal. Marked 1/20-12k G.F.

CONDITION: Beautiful antique condition.  The pin and bail mechanisms work well and there are no nicks or flea bites to the cameo.

SIZE: This piece measures 1 1/16" x 7/8" when the bail is down.
