The queen of cameos and a work of art - a highly detailed cream bouquet of flowers emerges out of the translucent peach colored background. The craftsmanship involved with this level of shell carving cannot be overestimated, and can rarely be found today. Convertible from a brooch to a pendant, this piece is incredibly versatile. Its size is substantial, making for a statement necklace, hair pin or brooch.

HISTORY: 1930's, no maker's marks
MATERIALS: Sterling silver, shell
SIZE: A large pin, measuring 1 3/4" north to south by 1.5" east to west (when the bail is concealed). When the bail is pulled out, the pin hangs 2" from the chain.
CONDITION: Beautiful antique condition. I've cleaned this well, but there is some patina which I've left to the silver to help preserve its history.
