Antique Greek Mythology Cameo Jewelry Set

This stunning antique silver bracelet and earring set features hand carved gray Mother of Pearl cameos that appear to tell a story of Greek mythology. Each one is carved differently. The shell is iridescent, showing beautiful purple and green colors depending on how the light hits it.

HISTORY: The hinged back earrings, silver content and style of this set date it to the 1930's.  Coin silver was mostly used in Europe at the time, so these were likely European made and may have been jewelry acquired during travel.

MATERIALS: 800 (coin) silver and Mother of Pearl shell. 

SIZE: The bracelet measures 7 1/4" long by 9/16" wide. The way that the earrings fit the ear means the dangle part of the earring is just the size of the cameo itself - approximately 11/16".

CONDITION: These are in beautiful condition for their age. There is a slight patina on the pieces.
