Modernist Danish Leaf Earring and Brooch Set

What a treat when you find a modernist set that is signed by the artist! In this case, a stunning handcrafted leaf themed clip-on earring and brooch set signed by the Danish artist JM Fammik. The outer edges of these pieces have gorgeous curves, mimicing the curves to real leaves. In the center is a stark line running north to south, with just a few subtle leaf veins at the bottom of the stem. Like much of Fammik's work, these are clean, simple and modernist in feel, and are expertly crafted. An absolutely stunning set.

HISTORY: Made by Danish artist JM Fammik in the 1960's

MATERIALS: Sterling silver

SIZE: The brooch measures 2 3/4" by slightly less than 1". The earrings measure just slightly over 1" by 3/8".

CONDITION: Gorgeous vintage condition. The claps to the brooch works great, and the clips to the earring hold well but aren't too uncomfortably tight.
