WWII Eagle Rhinestone Pin
During wartime 1940's in the US, jewelry reflected the patriotic tone of the country. In this case, a lovely little white and gold eagle pin with red, white and blue glass set into its center. Made by the famous costume jewelry manufacturer Coro, this pin would likely have been worn by the wife or lover of someone serving.
HISTORY: 1940's WWII era. Stamped CORO on the back.
MATERIALS: Gold tone, enamel, glass
SIZE: Small, 13/16" in width by 3/4" in height.
CONDITION: Well loved but beautiful. The enamel is mostly intact and the glass in the center is intact. The pinback works well.
