Moonstone Arts and Crafts movement brooch
With detailed flowers and leaves, two luminescent moonstones, and wonderful curves, this pin is a gorgeous representation of the Arts and Crafts movement of the early 20th century. Emphasizing handmade artisan pieces, as well as romantic nature themes, this movement was in direct response to the Industrial Revolution and the darker mourning pieces of the Victorian era. Arts and Crafts saw wonderfully vibrant stones and intricate nature designs as evidenced in this brooch. The moonstones in this piece look wonderful against the rose and yellow gold.
See a video of this pin against daylight - the pictures don't do the moonstones justice! https://youtu.be/gXNs8OMaZUY . This would make an amazing bridal brooch or hair piece!
