Antique Edwardian Crescent Moon Pin

A lovely Edwardian (early 1900's) era crescent moon brooch.  This celestial inspired pin has small seed pearls which graduate in size from smallest at the ends to largest in the center. An era-specific C-clasp catch finishes the piece. 

The style and size of this piece would make for a beautiful wedding hair pin, or an everyday brooch.  Pearl is also June's birthstone!

HISTORY: 1910's Edwardian. There are maker's marks on the back of the piece that are largely rubbed off and hard to make out. One of the marks appears to be a crown for British made. 

MATERIALS: Stamped and tests for 14k gold. Seed pearls

SIZE: Very dainty. Measuring just slightly over 1.5" end to end. 

CONDITION: Overall good condition with some patina to the pin.
