Miraculous Medal Locket Necklace

"Oh Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee." This well known prayer encircles the Virgin Mary on the front of this piece, and the stars, cross and "M" adorn the back. The front piece slides over the the side to reveal a space for a photograph. It's hexagonal shape and slide locket design make this a really unique religious piece. We've placed this on a new sterling silver chain.

HISTORY: 1930's Art Deco

MATERIALS: Sterling silver

SIZE: 18" chain. The medal hangs 1 1/4"" from the chain, and measures 7/8" in width.

CONDITION: Beautiful vintage condition. We've shined this piece up quite a bit (it had a heavy patina from age), but it still has a slight patina, particularly on the inside edges of the locket portion.
