1920's Simulated Ruby Baby Ring

From the curves and architectural details on the shoulders, to the square setting holding a vibrant pink hued stone, this ring is iconic Art Deco. A sweet and dainty piece in a small size, it may have originally been a ring for a young girl. It would make a wonderful modern-day pinky or midi ring.

HISTORY: 1920's Art Deco

MATERIALS: 10k yellow and white gold, simulated (glass) ruby

SIZE: Ring size 2. The north/south width of the ring is 5mm, and the rise off the finger is slightly over 2 mm. The stone measures 1.5 mm. It's lightweight, weighing 1 g.

CONDITION: Overall good condition. The band is on the thinner side, but it has many more years of life left in it. The details on the shoulders are crisp.

An absolutely wonderful piece as a gift!
