Vintage gold filled flower locket with rhinestones

Such a little beauty, which would make for the perfect gift.  A 1940's era locket that has so many special details, including unique beveled sides, leaf and flower engraving and a central flower motif that holds blue and clear rhinestones.  It also hangs from a detailed and gorgeous bail.

HISTORY: Stamped "P.Co" on the inside of the locket, which is mostly likely from the Plainville Stock Co. out of Plainville, Massachusetts.  They manufactured jewelry from the late 1800's through the 1950's. The chain on this piece is a new gold filled chain.

MATERIALS: This locket is stamped on the inside "1/20-12k" for 12k gold filled.  It is on a new gold filled chain.

SIZE: This is a nice sized locket, hanging 1.5" from the chain and measuring 7/8" in width. The chain is 18" in length. 

CONDITION: This locket is in beautiful condition with minimal age related wear. All rhinestones are present and it opens easily and closes with a nice snap.
