One of the most ancient good luck charms, a hummingbird, in a beautifully dainty and detailed form. Captured in mid-flight, this 14k gold charm has striations in the feathers which give them a life-like form - you can almost feel the movement. A small eye and a dual pronged long tail further add to the realistic effect.
Whether worn as a good luck charm or given as a gift symbolizing healing and independence, this is a classic and charming piece.
HISTORY: Vintage, likely 1980's
MATERIALS: 14k gold charm, new gold filled necklace
SIZE: 18" chain. The charms hang from the chain just slightly over 1" and measures 3/4" from beak to the end of the tail. The charm by itself weighs .82 g.
CONDITION: Gorgeous little vintage charm! Only very light scratches.
