Czech Glass Panel Necklace

A necklace that screams Great Gatsby - can you just envision the parties this piece must have visited?? An absolutely beautiful Art Deco costume necklace with stunning carved glass panels. The five glass panels, which are connected by detailed filigree links, are carved with intricate stylized floral details. Each is a vibrant green which just glows when the light hits it. Each of the panels has faux pearls encircling the outer edge, and maple leaf details on the north, south, east and west ends.
Finishing off the necklace are crimped silver links, resulting in a shorter piece that hugs the collarbone perfectly.
HISTORY: 1930's Art Deco. No maker's marks. Glass is likely Czech given its style and intricate details.
MATERIALS: Glass, sterling silver chain and clasp, base metal panels with gilt, faux pearls
SIZE: This piece measures 16 1/4" end to end. Each panel measures 3/4" x 15/16".
CONDITION: Gorgeous antique condition. The glass is all intact (one panel has a slight nick in the back upper corner, barely visible), as are all pearls. There is an overall patina to the piece, fitting its age.
