Victorian Diamond Wheat Sheaf Gentlemen's Ring

$295

A wholly unique early 1900's diamond ring with beautiful detail and height. A wheat sheaf design is engraved on the side, symbolizing fertility and bounty in all of the good things marriage brings! Given the style of this ring, it may at one time have been an "old gents" ring for a little boy in a well-to-do family, but it makes for a beautiful modern day engagement or promise ring.

HISTORY: Victorian, early 1900's

MATERIALS: 18k gold band with 14k white gold setting. An old mine cut diamond that is I1 clarity, HI color.

SIZE: Ring size 6 1/4. A center diamond of .1 CT. The ring weighs 2.8g. The top white gold setting of the ring measures .56 cm (.22") north to south, and .625 cm (.246") east to west. The entire setting area, including the cutouts, measures .8cm (.315") north to south and .88 cm (.346") east to west.

CONDITION: Beautiful condition for its age, although the wheat sheaf design is slightly worn off (see pictures), which is very common.

You're sure to never seen another ring like this one, a truly special piece. *Please note antique ring box not included with purchase.
